Warranty

We are committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of service. Every product in POWERILLEX is under POWERILLEX 18-month warranty from the date of its purchase.

You are eligible to return the product to us for repair under your 18 months warranty if your product develops a fault within 18 months of receipt of your goods if your product develops a fault within 18 months of receipt of your goods.

It is a legal requirement that you take care of the goods and you are responsible for the carriage costs of returning goods to us unless we have delivered goods to you in error, also except the goods were damaged during delivery.

Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this.

Please note:

The warranty excludes faults caused by neglect, misuse or accidental damage and normal wear and tear.

Within warranty period, it’s the customer’s responsibility for the cost of returning the goods and POWERILLEX will pay the postage fee of sending the replacement.

After the warranty has expired it is the customer's responsibly for all postage cost, parts cost and labor cost.
